Honigman Advises GSC on Acquisition of F&M Tool & Plastic

Honigman represented GSC Technologies Inc. (“GSC”), a portfolio company of Speyside Equity and leading manufacturer of plastic goods focused on environmentally aware plastic solutions, in its acquisition of F&M Tool & Plastic, Inc. (“F&M”), a plastic injection molding company. This strategic acquisition supports GSC’s growth strategy, creating synergies that will enhance its ability to meet a broader range of customer needs.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Eric Jones and Jeremy Scherlinck, with support from Associates Sherwin Shushtari and Moshe Gottesfeld. The transaction was also supported by Finance partners Kim Dudek and David Axelson along with associates Chase Yarber and Jacob Smith.
